H-Type Glass to Door Frame Installation Instructions

1. Assemble the door frame using the cleat kit

2. Slide the hinges and receiver, into the channel provided, on opposite sides

3. Stand the door frame vertically and fix to the bottom profile using cleats

4.  Install the clip on gasket labelled X in to the solid panel side of the frame

5. Install the fixed glass panes surrounding the frame

6. Install the wedge gasket labelled Y to secure the glass.

7.  Position the hinges to match the drillings in the glass door and fix them in place.

8.  Install the glass door and adjust positioning of hinges if required. Secure into place

9. Install the lock and align the receiver.

10. Once the hinge position is correct and any other hardware is installed then the filler strip can be cut and clipped into place.

7.  Finally install the clip on door frame perimeter gasket labelled Z.
